We make every attempt to ship your item out quickly. Cards and Magazines are shipped out in padded or rigid envelopes are shipped in a semi rigid card protector and a penny sleeve. Larger items are boxed up properly. We cannot control the USPS or UPS when it comes to the timely delivery of an item, their methods and handling of the item. Please DO NOT hold us responsible for the efforts of a delivery service, however, if you suspect damage to the package, please take pictures prior to opening and record the opening. This would help with any insurance claims and reimbursements.
